Nothing can be easier than and as good as this!  Roast Cauliflower is one of our favorites.  It adds warmth to the kitchen and is so delicious my husband and I can’t wait till they hit the table and start to pop them in our mouths right out of the oven.  I don’t always add the sesame seeds but they do add a nice touch and I do just love sesame seeds!

ROAST CAULIFLOWER

1 Large head fresh cauliflower
Garlic powder to taste
Ground tellicherry pepper to taste
Ground sea salt to taste
2 tsp. Black sesame seeds
7+7 OOS olive oil spray’s (less then 1Tlb.)

-Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
-Cut core from cauliflower and separate florets. Rinse and dry.
-Place prepared cauliflower on lined baking tray.
-Spray cauliflower with 7 olive oil sprays and sprinkle with seasonings.
-Roast in 425’ oven for about 20 minutes.
Remove from oven, flip each floret, and spray with 7 olive oil sprays on this side and again sprinkle with seasonings.
-Return to oven for another 20 minutes or until they are golden with color.
-Serve immediately!
