BodyFiiT’s Oven Fried Chicken


Serves 4

4 Chicken Thighs (skin removed)
4 (I use 5) Chicken Legs (most skin removed)
Montreal chicken seasoning
Garlic powder
Black pepper
1 5/8oz Seasoned Panko (1/2cup)
Olive oil Spray 7+7+6 (1 1/2Tlb)

-Preheat Oven to 425 degrees
-Place chicken pieces in deep roasting pan
-Rub cleaned chicken with spices (may do this earlier in day and keep refrigerated till ready to cook)
-Spray bottom of chicken with 7 olive ill sprays then sprinkle with 1/2 the panko. Flip chicken over and do the same and finish top with last 6 sprays of olive oil.
-Roast for 60-70 minutes (or untill crispy light brown) at 425 degrees. (Do not turn or stir)
-Serve Hot with herbed rice and steamed mixed vegetables.

Rub Spices on Skinless Chicken


Spray with Olive Oil and Sprinkle with Panko
