MY FAVORITE GOOD FAT:
Provides essential fatty acids, keeps our skin soft, delivers fat-soluble vitamins, and are a great source of energizing fuel. Just remember good or bad, FAT is calorie-dense! There are 9 calories per gram of fat opposed to 4 calories per gram of carbohydrates and proteins and that adds up quick. So know your HEALTHY fats and how much you are consuming.
