LEAST NUTRIENT FOODS
It is best to avoid foods high in caloric density. Mainly those with low nutrient value. Foods which would be least nutrient (calorie-dense). I always recommend my clients to understand the value of the food they eat and to keep it simple. To avoid these foods the most (completely for some) for optimal health benefits.
DEEP FRIED FOOD
PROCESSED FOOD: BOXED, FRESH or FROZEN (Including meat’s such as sausage, bacon, hot dogs,..)

There are many healthy flavorful options if you are accustomed to these foods and feel it will be difficult to make the adjustment. Check out my RECIPES and MOST NUTRIENT FOODS. Following these simple suggestions and reinventing your diet is a huge step in taking control of your body and health for a life time of living happy and healthy, it has been for me for 25 years! Remember there are times when we can not prepare our own meals or make a choice to splurge on a less favorable choice. The key is to be aware of your choices and return to your healthy diet right away. Once you start to feel the benefits to your body and brain from proper nutrition the amount of times you splurge and consume those least nutrient foods will be few. You will now know your body and it will tell you when you are eating wrong and you will want to eat healthy and be healthy.
